The Cloud Support Analyst will help meet the growing needs of our clients and will contribute to our internal support workflows. Strong candidates will have support exerience, are detail oriented, orgranized, and able to professionly communicate with end-users.

  • Perform technical problem resolution and support with minimal guidance to completion
  • Esclate issues apporitately
  • Ensure end-user satisfaction
  • Record and report trends

Responsibilities

  • Desktop Support
  • General "How-To" questions around basic O365 product usage
  • General "How-To" questions around using OneDrive, Office Online
  • Sharepoint: permissions, user groups, navigation, site contents, etc.
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook
    • error messages, configuration, "how-to", installations
  • Mobile device connectivity issues via ActiveSync
  • User management Active Directory
  • User management Microsoft Exchange

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of support experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OSX
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Exchange
  • ITL v3 foundation knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a closely related field (preferred)
  • Office 365 Certification (preferred)
  • Microsoft Certification (preferred)
  • A+ or Network+ Certification (preferred)
